Five undeniable tools for change, brought together in a memorable one-day retreat in Winter Wonderland ❄️ The Laurentians ❄️

On the menu:

- 🌬 Breathwork - Let go of what no longer serves you.

- 🧊 Cold Plunge - Awakens every cell, regenerates natural dopamine.

- 🏃‍♂️ Warming up - To light our internal fire.

- 🔥 The Sauna - The detox and endorphin boost from the intense heat of the sauna.

- Cocoa - Creates a space conducive to emotional connection.

Join us in the magical event taking place at La Chaumière, in the heart of an enchanted forest transformed into a wonderful winter wonderland. The magical atmosphere of this magical place will be the ideal setting for the transformation that is metamorphosis.

The breathwork, convivial dinner and cocoa ceremony will take place in a comfortable indoor environment. Additionally, a cozy campfire will be lit outside to keep us warm throughout the event. We will have at our disposal several cold baths and a natural river for cold exposure therapy. We will also have access to a sweat lodge and sauna tents to work up a sweat.
